Measuring Success
This annual report provides an update on The Housing Trust of Nova Scotia’s (HTNS) 2024 outcomes. It is intended to inform funders, partners, members, residents, and other stakeholders about our work to achieve financial sustainability, revitalize the 295-unit Halifax-based portfolio, advance the modular housing program, and build an organization positioned to play a substantial role in addressing the housing needs of Nova Scotians well into the future. This report also provides a glimpse into that future.
