2025Annual Impact Report
Stories That Shape Our Work
This impact report provides an overview of Housing Trust Nova Scotia’s (HTNS) 2025 outcomes. It is intended to inform funders, partners, members, residents, and stakeholders about our progress in strengthening resident stability, expanding Housing for Healthcare communities across Nova Scotia, modernizing existing properties through deep energy retrofits, preserving 90 homes in the HRM, and advancing internal systems to support long-term growth. Grounded in our 2025 theme of Resident Impact, this report highlights how these efforts are improving quality of life for working households while positioning HTNS to deliver scalable, sustainable housing solutions across the province.
